Vertical Door Tracks
How do I rerun my vertical blinds from side draw to split draw?
I have some vertical blinds infront of a sliding door that draw to the right but we are replacing the door with a french door and would like the vertical blinds to be a split draw to allow better access to the new door....is there a way to rerun the blinds to make this possible? How to with pictures of the tracks would be helpful.
I don't want to have to buy new blinds---I want to rerun the ones I have to change the draw.
you need to get two smaller length sets of vertical blinds, set them up with the seem in the middle.. Or you can purchase vertical blinds that have the seems in the middle and when you pull the cord they open from the middle -thats what my mom has - they work well : )

Vertical blinds are excellent window coverings for wider windows than their height. They can slide from one side to another. They are made from vinyl, fabric or aluminum named vertical because of its vertically suspended fabric strips or slats.

The fabrics include polyester, metallized fabrics, fire retardant glass fibers, Trevira-CS or fabrics with specialized reflective coating. These fabrics have different transparencies degree ranging from semi-transparent, transparent, black out or opaque enables to control light at a specific level.
