Vertical Lambo
What would look best on my 350z?
I would like to know what you think would look best on a 350z. Like rims, body kit, lambo(vertical doors) and also on the inside. Please tell me what you think about it. Thank you
Vertical doors are so lame, even Lamborghini's don't use them anymore.
Body kits have always been lame if they aren't functional.
Rims are useless without the hubs and spokes.
Finally...It's your car, not ours. Dress it the way YOU like it, not what we say. If you're not careful, you could get someone telling you to paint it barney purple and install 3 wings on it.

First part
Take density of water as 62.4lbs/ft^3
Pressure at top of door is 2ft of water.
Pressure at bottom of door is 6ft of water
So there is a constant pressure of 2ft of water plus a triangular load with maximum value 4 ft of water at bottom of tank
Total area =2' x 4' + 4'/2 x 4'
Volume = Area x width of door (4') so force on door = volume times density.
Take moments around base
(2' of pressure 2' high plus 4 x 4/2 x 4/3 (1/3 height)) / Area = height of force above base.
That also answers second part because you know the height of the force off the tank base.

You could do this! Measure the width and length of the door, usually they are pretty much standard. Take these measurements to a store such as Penneys and have them help you with how long of a rod you need and width of curtain to buy. You don't have to purchase it there of course, you could find something nice at a discount store also! Take down the old vert. blind rod, patch the holes and paint, install the new rod and curtain!
