Aftermarket Body Kits Spoilers
Who wants to help me design my show car?
This is a cosmetically bone-stock G5 with 33k miles. It is a project, and I'm trying to go for show car looks for less money. I want performance and looks out of a body kit, a nice (not huge) aftermarket spoiler. 17 inch wheels (18 is ok) and I've already got the engine as tricked as I want it. It's been ported and polished, free flow magnaflow (cat-back), K&n cold air intake, and 4-1 headers. I'm working on the cosmetics now. I'm just trying to get a design together
I wanna keep it around a base victory red paint job, with black and red interior. I'm not decaling this car. I will not rice it up either. I'm out for a nice looking car, that I can actually drive. I'm also kind of partial to the b-2 bomber rear bumper.

Body kits make the car
They say that clothes make the man. The clothes may or may not make a man but they do give him a distinct identity. Body kits do the same for a car. People may have wealth and other amenities but they also want an identity without which other riches mean little for them unless these riches can be linked to their identity. They have the same feeling for their cars as well. They want their cars too to have a distinct identity. All the cars of the same make and model look more or less alike and hence an exclusive identity can be given only through their accessories. Body kits are one of the accessories often used for this purpose.
Car body kits
are well suited for this purpose because they are externally fitted and are very visible. They are extensions consisting mainly of front and rear bumpers, side skirts, spoilers, and also front and rear side guards. Body kits meant for one vehicle ordinarily do not fit any other vehicle but sometimes customers install body kits of a costlier car in their not so costly a car just to give it an up-market look. One has therefore to be careful in selecting a body kit to see that they are compatible with one's car. Body kits are made of metal, or polyurethane, or fiberglass, or sometimes even carbon fiber. They have different characteristics and price. One should therefore select the material which will be suitable for one's requirements.
Aftermarket body kits
are available in a number of designs and styles. That makes it possible for one to find a set of body kits which will suit one's requirements and at the same time impart a distinct identity to one's car. Question on Cars and bodykits..ect.?
hey i was wondering a few things.
Im kinda dumb when it comes to these, so id apprieciate if someone could awnser this for me cause if been wondering it for awhile
The first thing is, how would i go about gettin car bodykits, would i go to a bodyshop in town for and talk with someone there about it?
Also, how would you choose the right car? i mean, i doubt any car would be suitable?
And my other question is, what is the the reason for clearing out the back seen on some care and having the giant frame shaped in a X..it goes all the way accros the interior of the rear seats, im assuming for less weight, or looks?

Yea man go to the place and talk to the guy about your idea and what he has, ect. Or go to a auto show and get information about body kits. They allways do have information.
The car. I have seen many cars with kits. Every car is suitable, you can get kits custom made. But that would cost you. Just dont end up with a body kit and not enough money to hire someone to put it on and paint it. Dont want to be sitting in your garage with a Walmart Glue Gun glueing you new kit on your car.
And The giant X is a roll bar. When you flip you car, the roof, sides, wont cave in. You strip the car (making it lighter) then build yourself a "bubble" frame inside your car. Good for when you crash your whole car goes to a million pieces and your bubble and you are still intact. <---this is professionally made.
