Chevy Silverado question about customizing?

Hey i own a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the suicide doors(you have to open the front doors in order to open the rear doors.) I want to put a set of baja lights on it and i was wondering if the ones that would go on top of the cab if i could run those during normal times or can I only run those off road. Also i would like to put a set up by the regular headlights but I don't have one of those bump bars would I have ot put one on in order to have the set in the front. Also i want to know if you can put those tiny yellow cab lights (the ones that go on top of the cab) on i mean do they make them so you can do it yourself. Also what are some good brands that i could use if i can do any of these customizations.

If you want to save your roof, you can buy/install roll over bar in bed and visor for the top of the front windshield. With visor you can bolt yellow lights to it instead of the roof. As for front lights, you could fabricate a bracket to bolt to your core support and install the lights to it ot just drill the bumper, or get a brush guard. Might also check into upgrading to a higher AMP alternator, depending on how much power lights draw. Would really suck breaking down in the middle of an off road adventure.
