Lambo Door Latches

Do you have to change the door latches for lambo doors.?

I have a 1990 Eagle Talon TSi AWD and i wanted lambo doors. I went to lambodoors4u.com and i am considering getting the hinges from them. I read somewhere that with certain kits you may have to change the latches on the door handle. is this true and if so how do you modify them and how much will it cost? Are there any other things i should know about these hinges? Thanks!
