Depends.
Age? Under 25 and the STI would lead to high cost of insurace. The STI's AWD would help in bad weather however not neccesary.
What do you want out of the car?
Is it for street driving or the track?
I would get the Honda Civic SI because I'm not a speed freak and I don't see the point of getting something fast when there's still speed limit. My reason is if others can get to their intended destination and I can too, why not? The MPG is a plus as well.
