The belly cast kit comes with 5 yds (30 sq ft) .that is definitely enough bandages.I would sit unless your able to stand for 30 minutes and go to the bathroom before you get started and no bra.your suppose to cut squares for your belly button and nipples to preserve there look.you tube shows you alot of ways people have done it.im not doing mine until december because that's when i'll be 32 weeks..And i researched it first ..good luck
