I have purchased a front lip, side skirts and a rear lip for my 1999 Honda Civic and want to now fit the kit myself to save me money. They do not have screw fittings so what is the best way of mounting the parts on to the car. Thanks?
Ok, fitting body kits is never easy. you have a few options.. first check that you don't need to cut any thing or make holes to make it fit, then spray paint it (honestly getting it painting professionally makes a BIG difference) then to fit it you could pop-rivet it into place or drill holes and screw it in (remember that your need to rust proof the holes etc with something like silicon). the way that i would recommend is you can buy tubes of silicon glue, and basically you glue the kit onto your car, its very strong so make sure you get it in the right place. if you go to a car shop they should have the tubes normally about £5 a tube. just take your time fitting it. good luck
