If your going for the Cobalt I'd go with the SS just so you have the turbo to play with and a car with performance to back up it's looks. The Scion is cute but it doesn't have much performance potential although it will probably hold better resale value. Anyway, to answer your question I don't see why you can't have both a body kit and Lambo doors. Body kits mainly add things to the front or rear of the car and possibly side skirts, none of which will interfere with the factory door setup. You will need a Lambo kit to do the doors properly but it should all work out if your up for dropping the money into whatever you get.
