Not sure. You might go to ACURAZINE.COM, then visit the Gen3 TL, Performance Modifications section. You'll find threads that talk about the cost for installing performance exhaust.
I have an '06 TL. I just installed a GREDDY EVO2, Stage 3, catback exhaust, and I couldn't be happier. GREDDY's got the reputation, and history with performance exhaust. The workmanship on mine is superb. Here's what the EVO2 offers:
- elimination of resonator
- elmination of mid-muffler
- oversized, flow-thru mufflers (i.e., minimal restriction)
- upsized SS pipe from factory 2.25" dia, to 2.5" dia.
- sharp looking tips with GREDDY engraving; exhaust tips give the car a slight resemblence to a G35 from the back
- makes the engine sound sweet!
COMPTECH (now CT-Engineering) claims dyno for their TL's catback provides ~ 7.5 HP gains. I'd wager the EVO2 has to be good for ~ 10, or perhaps even more. There's absolutely no flow restriction due to baffles in the GREDDY design. OK, you hear a burble, and some cabin resonance at ~ 2K RPM...but that will be true of many performance systems...it's a tradeoff. Anyway, this, plus my AEM CAI, and OUTLAW ENGINEERING's thermal spacers (@ throttlebody & @ intake manifold) all provide a very noticable boost in performance!
Also, the EVO2 costs ~ $950 (will called at GREDDY, Irvine), and I paid $80 to have my system installed here in So Cal...it was a 20 minute bolt-on once the car was off the ground.
Well worth the $$...

This car is so freakin nice. Cadillac said they are trying to pair themselves to the younger educated, successful target market. I think they have done it!!! And done it very well!!!
